A subscription automatically reships your product on a set schedule at a discounted refill price, with free shipping included.
How do I access my account?
You can access your account by clicking here.

How do I cancel my subscription?
There's no lock-in. You can skip, pause, change, or cancel anytime from your account or just drop us a line at support@adriansale.store and we’ll take care of it for you.
Please include your order number or the email address used at checkout so we can locate your account quickly.
How can I reactivate a subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription from the customer account.
Once you have logged in, open your orders. There you will find active and past subscriptions. Select reactivate for the one you would like to renew.
Why am I receiving orders I didn't authorize?
This usually means an active subscription or saved payment method is still on file.
You can manage or cancel it anytime from your account or email support@adriansale.store with your order number and we'll sort it out right away.
The website says I don't have a subscription, but I’m still being charged.
It may be linked to a different email or payment method. Try logging into your account with the exact email you used at checkout. If it still isn't showing, email support@adriansale.store with the last four digits of the card and we'll find it for you.
How do I skip, pause, or change my next shipment?
You can do it from your account. Skip an upcoming order, pause for a while, or push your renewal date if you're still working through your current bottle.
Prefer us to do it? Email support@adriansale.store and we'll make the change.
How do I update my payment method, scent, or address?
Log into your account to update your payment details, swap to a different scent or product, or change your shipping address. You can also email support@adriansale.store and we'll update it for you.
What is the Mystery Scent?
The Mystery Scent is a surprise fragrance perk included with eligible subscription orders.
Subscribers can receive a free bottle from the scent collection, added to the order at no extra cost. It's a surprise, so it can't be chosen in advance.
If you'd like to exchange one, contact us with your order number and the scent you received and we'll review the options based on your order.

Order & shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as it's on its way.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping is free and insured on all orders over $40 and all subscription orders. After processing, estimated delivery is:
- United States: 2 to 5 business days
- United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days
- Australia: 4 to 7 business days
- Canada: 5 to 10 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
- Rest of world: 10 to 15 business days
Orders may ship from more than one warehouse, so items in the same order can sometimes arrive separately.
How do I track my order?

What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we can usually update the details or cancel it.
Once an order is in transit we can't stop or change it, but if you'd like a refund after it arrives, reach out and we'll walk you through the next steps.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@adriansale.store with your order number and the corrected address and we'll update it. For subscriptions, you can change your address anytime in your account.
Do you ship internationally? Will I pay customs or duties?
Yes, we ship worldwide. For orders outside the US, any customs duties, taxes, and fees are set by your local customs authority and aren't included in the product price.
We ship DDU (delivered duties unpaid), so these are paid to your local carrier or government, not to us. In some cases the carrier may pay duties on your behalf and invoice you afterward with a small admin fee. For exact rates, check with your local customs office.
My tracking says delivered but I haven't received it.
A few quick checks usually find it: confirm the shipping address on your order is correct, check with neighbors or building staff, and look at safe spots like the porch, mailbox, or garage.
Carriers sometimes mark parcels delivered shortly before they actually arrive, so it's worth waiting a little.
If it still hasn't turned up, contact the carrier with your tracking number first, and if they can't help, email support@adriansale.store with your order number.
